Amanda Ann Driver, 52, former Altus, Oklahoma resident, passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at her home in Hull, Texas. Services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with Pastor Amalia Olson officiating. Burial will follow in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Amanda was born on March 2, 1970 in Red Bank, New Jersey to Ofelia (Rosalez) Poundstone. She grew up in the Philippines, Texas and Altus and attended Altus Schools. She met her husband, Bobby Lummus, in Moss Hill, Texas. Amanda had various jobs, even getting her CNA License. But what she liked the most was being a homemaker. Amanda enjoyed crocheting, being outdoors, cooking, fishing, and tending to her animals, especially her horses. She loved to ride horses, particularly her horse, Dixie. But what Amanda treasured most was being with her family.
Her mother, Ofelia Poundstone, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Bobby Lummus; two sons, Lonny and Jacob Driver; daughter, Shelby Sharpe; her favorite child, Mojo; two brothers, Marcelo Avila and wife, Angelina, and Michael Poundstone and wife, Delma; her grandmother, Pauline “Nanny” Graham; her mother-in-law, Terrie Kyle; and three godchildren, Bryce, Savannah, and James Rex Prince.
