Antranee Necole Bost Rhodes, 40, Altus, passed away on Monday, February 22, 2021 in Lawton, Oklahoma. A homegoing celebration will be 2:00 PM Saturday, February 27, 2021 at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with Minister David Bost and Apostle Robert Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Antranee Nicole Bost was born on July 28, 1980 in Altus, Oklahoma to Anthony and Sonia (Tolbert) Bost. She grew up in Altus and graduated from Altus High School in 1998. Antranee married Ernest Rhodes on February 3, 2009 in Denver, Colorado. She worked as a cook for Magnolia Creek Nursing Home and Rehab Center. Antranee was a member of the Spirit of the Lord Equipping Center. She loved to sing, dance and cook but her greatest loves were spending time with her family and her dogs, which she treated like her kids.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Roderick Bost, and her grandparents including Bernadine Tolbert and Mary Bost.
Survivors include her husband, Ernest, of the home; a son, Tamarik Williams; her mother, Sonia Bost; father, Tony Bost and wife, Sherylle; siblings, Chance Bost, Chelsea Anderson and husband, Rob, Chad Dawson and wife, Shelly, William Jenkins, II, Bre’Ann Jenkins and Christian Jenkins; a nephew, Scievern Hill; and many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
