Billy Dale Ballard, 57, Altus, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at the English Village Manor. Memorial services have been scheduled for 10:00 AM Monday, November 4, 2019 in the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with John Lingle officiating. Services are under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Billy Dale was born on August 15, 1962 in Borger, Texas to Charles and Reva (Chance) Ballard. He grew up in Altus and attended Altus Public Schools. He worked in Auto Body Repair for most of his life and worked for Stapp Body Shop and Wilmes Body Shop. Billy loved OU Sooner and Dallas Cowboys football. He also enjoyed NASCAR, bowling and eating sweets.
His parents and a brother, Kenneth Ballard, preceded him in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Amber Smith and husband, Tracy, and Heather Garcia and husband, Terry; four grandchildren, Brody, Diego, Hailey and Kenadi; a sister, Eddie Stapp and husband, Tommy; two brothers, Jimmy and Harold Ballard; nieces and nephews, Cari Stapp, Kristie Ganaway, Joey Dawson, and Jason, Nathan, Chris, Justin and Matthew Ballard; and many other family members and friends.
