Billy C. Randolph, Waynoka, Oklahoma, formerly of Eldorado, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at the Eldorado Cemetery with Bill David Walker officiating under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Billy C. Randolph was born February 12, 1938 in Eldorado, Oklahoma to Fred and Jewell May (Geers) Randolph. Billy attended the Eldorado School and married Martha Laverne Poole on November 23, 1958 in Quanah, Texas. To this union 3 children were born; Russell (Rusty) Dewayne Randolph, Leshia Nanette Houston and Billie Katherine Askew. Billy worked numerous jobs during his years in Eldorado including grocery retail, Republic Gypsum and custom harvesting. On June 11, 1999 Billy married Betty Clay in Alva, Oklahoma. They enjoyed 20 years together. Billy worked at Walmart until his retirement. He loved tending his garden, taking care of the yard and traveling. Billy was an avid fisherman and deer hunter. Billy loved to hunt! He also loved going to the arcades (casino's) with Debbie and Rusty. Billy was a loving father, husband, grandfather, great grandfather and uncle.
Billy is survived by his wife Betty, of the home, his children Rusty Randolph, his wife, Debbie; Leshia Houston, her husband, Tony and Kathy Askew. Step children Debbie Johnston; Kelvin Clay and his wife, Jill; Connie Kestelic and her husband, Kenny; Elaine Case and her husband, Mike and Howard Clay. A brother, Gary Randolph, and sister-in-law, Joy Randolph. Grandchildren Jeramy Houston, Barry Askew and wife, Amy, and Bayleigh Askew. Step grandchildren, Jerrid Johnston, Stephanie Johnston, Erica Stillwell, Tanner Clay, Tiffany Alvey, Kyle Benson, Taylor Benson, Travis Case, Jonathan Case, Wesley Clay, Amos Clay and Misty Clay; and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Freddie Randolph; a sister, Rita Randolph George; grandson, Blake Allen Houston and step grandson, Brian Johnston.
