Billy E. Walling, 87, Altus, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Plantation Village Assisted Living in Altus, Oklahoma. Cremation services were provided by Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
