Brandi Nicole Jones, 43, former Altus resident of Houston, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 in Lake Charles, Louisiana. A memorial service will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, January 4, 2022 in the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with Pastor Anthony Roberts officiating. The family will host a viewing at the funeral home on Sunday, January 2, 2022 from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM and Monday, January 3, 2022 from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM with a visitation starting at 6:00 PM. Services are under the care of the Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Brandi Nicole Brown was born on October 13, 1978 in Altus, Oklahoma to Julian Wayne and Juanita (Horton) Brown. She grew up in Altus and graduated from Altus High School with the class of 1997. Brandi was a very loving person and never knew a stranger. She was loved by everyone that knew her. She lived her life by the quote of “No matter what I went through, I went through it. No matter how much I give, I gave. No matter how many times I fell, I got back up!” Brandi was a strong woman and a fighter, she lived her life to the fullest and never gave up, “No Matter What!”
Her parents preceded her in death.
Survivors include three children, Aerial Brown, Charlie Brown, and Tatiana Jones-Roberts; two granddaughters, Eliana and Mya; four siblings, Carla Fleming and husband, Alfred, Dionne Brown, Yohance Brown and wife, Jolinda, and Corel Johnson; nieces and nephews, Damien Bush, Shakema Bush, Ashley Bush, Brandon Bush, Malcolm Brown, Marquita Thomas, Darkia Brown, Jaycie Brown, Jaylie Brown, De’Jon Brown, De’Naisha Wright, and Darion Collins; and many other family members and close friends.
