Brent Phelps, 47, Tulsa, passed away August 27, 2020 in his home. Graveside services have been scheduled for 10:00 AM Monday, August 31, 2020 in the Martha Cemetery with Kevin Baker officiating. Burial is under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Brent was born July 8, 1973 to Travis and Judy (Goan) Phelps in Lakewood, Colorado. He graduated high school in Pauls Valley. Brent lived for many years in Pauls Valley and Tulsa.
Brent is preceded in death by his father and sister, Terasa Phelps.
He is survived by his mother; sister, Leslie Westmoreland and husband, Kenneth; and an aunt, Brenda Ford.
