Brian "Dan" Goodman

Brian Daniel “Dan” Goodman, 49, Altus, died Monday, June 30, 2014 at his home. Celebration of Life services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 5, 2014 at Kincannon Funeral Home with Rod Smith officiating. Graveside services will take place 2 p.m. Sunday, July 6, 2014 at the Fairland Cemetery, Fairland, Oklahoma, under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home. Dan Goodman was born July 18, 1964 in Miami, Oklahoma to William E. and Glenda Jo (Blair) Goodman. He graduated from Miami High School in 1983. He continued his education at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College in Miami, Oklahoma and Oklahoma City Community College. Dan married Melodi Morley in December of 1989 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. He was currently a Supply Chain Specialist with Boeing Corporation at Altus Air Force Base, where he had worked since 2006. He had also worked for Boeing at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Alaska. Dan was a member of the Altus First Baptist Church and enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, photography and the Oklahoma Sooners. Dan was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Jay and Mildred Blair, Gene Goodman and Vella Goodman; and a brother, Timothy William Goodman. He is survived by his two sons, Benjamin William Goodman of Stillwater, OK; Cole Daniel Goodman of Orem, UT; two brothers, Dr. Mark Goodman and wife Jeanna of Altus, OK; Michael Goodman of Miami, OK; three nephews, Aaron Goodman of Ft. Worth, TX; Josh and Caleb Goodman, both of Norman, Oklahoma and many friends.
