Carmine Amoré, IV, 68, of Altus, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023. Services will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Carmine Amoré, IV was born on August 15, 1954 in Fort Worth, Texas to Renah (Beard) and Carmine Amoré, III. He attended school in Altus and graduated with the Class of 1973. Carmine worked in food service most of his life. Carmine worked in several restaurants and at Ben E. Keith and Sysco distributors during his career. He also worked alongside his dad at D Amorés, Mama Mia’s and Papa Joes, making many memories throughout the years. Carmine was an avid OU sports fan and greatly enjoyed working in his yard. He was of the Catholic faith. Carmine married Jana Bynum on November 8, 2019 in Lawton.
Carmine’s parents, Renah and Carmine, III; and two brothers, Mike Amoré and Joey Amoré preceded him in death. Those left to honor Carmine’s memory are his wife, Jana, of the home; daughters, Megan Retherford and husband, Blake, Jamie Amoré, and Lana Olivas and husband, Cameron; son, Brandon Amoré and wife, Carey; grandchildren, Levi and Chloe Amoré, Ady Simmons, Taven Birdow, Maddox Rodrigues, and Hayden and Blake Olivas; sister, Delores Schmid and husband, Jim; many nieces and nephews; special family members, Harley and Max; and many other family and friends.
The family will greet friends from 5:30 – 7:30 PM on Friday evening at the funeral home.
