Cecil Earl Wagner, 70, Blair, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. Private family services will take place at a later date. Cremation services have been entrusted to the Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.

Cecil Earl Wagner was born on January 8, 1950 to Amos Allen and Nelma Doris (Griffin) Wagner in Silsbee, Texas. He served his country in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was an auto body technician for over 30 years and worked for Wilmes Ford and was currently working for Wilmes Chevrolet. Cecil enjoyed fishing, working on and restoring his cars and family get-togethers.

Cecil is preceded in death by his father, Amos Allen Wagner; mother and stepfather, Nelma Doris and Willis Kimball, Sr; and his sister, Dee.

He leaves behind two sons, Richard Wagner and wife, Sharla, and Chad Blankenship; three grandchildren, Cole and Reed Wagner, and Anna Blankenship;
a brother, Willie Kimball; sister, Peggy; as well as the mother of his children, Glenda Wagner.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Vietnam Veterans of America, P.O. Box 1777, Colbert, OK 74733 or to VVA.org
