Christopher "Chris" Carlisle

Christopher James “Chris” Carlisle, 35, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at his home. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 pm, Friday April 29, 2011 at Trinity Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie Chadwick officiating. Interment will follow at the Blair Cemetery under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home. Christopher was born to James and Doloras (Schmidt) Carlisle December 6, 1975 in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Abilene High School, Abilene, Texas. He had done janitorial work with Southwest Enterprises in Altus, Oklahoma. Chris was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Altus. He enjoyed weather, computers and watching movies. He was preceded in death by his father, James Carlisle; grandparents, Herbert Schmidt, Betty and Otis Carlisle. He is survived by his mother Doloras Carlisle of Altus, OK; brother Jeffrey Carlisle of Altus, Oklahoma and his grandmother Mildred Marietta. The Carlisle Family will greet friends Thursday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. at Kincannon Funeral Home.
