Cleta Joyce Biddy

Cleta Joyce Biddy, 81, Altus, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at English Village Manor. Funeral services have been scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, December 27, 2019 at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in the Warren Cemetery under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.

Cleta Joyce Jones was born July 5, 1938 to Hollie and Ruby (Howard) Jones in Caddo, Oklahoma. She graduated from Blair High School with the Class of 1956 and married Glen Biddy on September 1, 1956 in Blair, Oklahoma. To this union three children were born. Cleta worked as a secretary for the Navajo School; worked for a CPA in Weatherford; worked at Hollis Insulation; and worked for attorney Jim Moore before retiring in 1998. She was a long time member of the Elm & Hudson Church of Christ; enjoyed sewing, attending kid's play days, kids livestock shows; but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Cleta is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Devere Casey Jones and Leroy Jones; and a sister-in-law, Darlene Jones.

She is survived by her husband, Glen; two daughters, Connie Barnes and Tammy Beaty; one son, Steve Biddy; five grandchildren, Brandy Vermillion and husband, Shane; Brady Biddy and wife, Lacey; Kristina Snyder and husband, Brent; Cody Barnes and Macy Biddy; nine great grandchildren, Randon, Radley and Jocelynn Vermillion; Baron and Weston Biddy; Kara, Sydnee, Samuel and Ruby Snyder; sister, Brenda Schultz and husband, Al; two sisters-in-law, Barbara Jones; Idell Culberson and husband, Gayle; and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.
