Daron Michael Paul Murphy, age 9, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital. A reception and viewing will be held Saturday evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Kincannon Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Services have been entrusted to Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Daron Murphy was born January 8, 2009 to Derry and Amber (Edens) Murphy in Winston Salem, North Carolina. He was currently a fourth grader at the Altus Primary School. Daron enjoyed playing Minecraft, surfing YouTube videos and watching Superheroes.
Daron was preceded in death by his great grandparents Myrtle and Joe Resneder. He is survived by his parents, Derry and Amber Murphy; four sisters, Keylee Murphy, Chelsea Chambers, Raenie Murphy and Brea Murphy; three brothers, Dakota Murphy, McKenzie Murphy and Raylan Murphy; grandparents, Kristen and James Doran, Jane and Jim Stoltz, and Pete and Terri Murphy; and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in Daron's name to the Red River Federal Credit Union.
