Debra Kay Miller

Debra Kay Miller, 57, Blair, passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at the Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton, Oklahoma. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday, November 11, 2013 at the Blair Cemetery with Rev. Randy Mitchell officiating. Burial will be under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home. Debra Kay was born to Bill and Connie (Wilson) Owens on February 10, 1956 in Haskell, Texas. On September 17, 1984, Debra married Bobby Miller in Benjamin, Texas. They moved to Blair, Oklahoma. She worked as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant. She also was a custodian and cafeteria helper at the Blair School for 15 years. Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Joe Owens. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Miller, and a son, David Miller, both of the home; one brother, Pete Owens and wife, Georgia, of Wichita Falls, Texas; and one niece, Paige Owens, of Wichita Falls, Texas; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Tommy and Estelle McMillin of Blair, Oklahoma; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Mike and Debbie Miller of Blair, Oklahoma; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Kari and Gilbert Ochoa of Marion, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
