Debra Renea Vicario

Debra Renea Vicario, 34, Blair, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2011 at her home. A visitation will be held from 4:00 – 6:00 PM Friday, September 23, 2011 at the funeral home. Funeral services will follow at 6:00 PM at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with Dr. Jeff Moore officiating. Services are under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home. Debra was born on May 11, 1977 in Dayton, Ohio to Dennis R. and Valorie (Denton) Shockley. She enjoyed collecting frogs, talking with friends, and watching Denver Broncos and Dallas Cowboys football. She especially loved being with her children. Her grandparents, Marcia and Estes Denton and Arthur R. and Naomi Shockley, and her stepfather, Edward Evans, preceded her in death. Survivors include her daughter, Deanna Lacey Vicario of Clayton, North Carolina; her son, Tyler Michael Vicario of Clayton, North Carolina; her mother, Valorie Evans of Blair, Oklahoma; her father, Dennis R. Shockley of Thornton, Colorado; her brother, Mark Shockley of Lincoln, Nebraska; her twin brother, Adam Shockley of Salt Lake City, Utah; and many other family and friends.
