Edna Adell "Sally" Harrell

Adell “Sally” Harrell went to be with our gracious and loving Lord on Tuesday, July 2, 2019. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, July 5, 2019 at Kincannon Funeral Home with Rodney Brown officiating. Burial will follow services at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Edna Adell Bryant was born January 10, 1930 in Altus, Oklahoma to Wesley and Gertrude (Burnley) Bryant. She attended Altus Public Schools and was a lifelong resident of Altus. She married Clyde Harrell on January 25, 1980 in Altus, Oklahoma. Sally was the first Manager of The Towers Apartments in Altus in the early 1980s. She and Clyde managed and maintained The Towers for 20 years, until their retirement. Sally was known for her kindness and caring – never knowing a stranger; but, most of all, her quick wit and sense of humor endeared her to everyone who knew her.
Sally is survived by her husband, Clyde Harrell, and her loving daughter, Margie Stordahl and husband, George; a sister, Dorothy DeFord of Altus, and a brother, Wesley Doyle Bryant, of Las Vegas, Nevada; a sister-in-law, Anny Bryant; grandsons, James Monday and Dustin Monday, and a granddaughter, Winter Dawn Manney, of Hollis; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sally was preceded in death by her son, Leon Monday; brother, Ricky Bryant; sister, Roma Kennedy and great-grandson, Lane Monday.
The devastating and cruel disease of Alzheimer’s Dementia took her away long before her death. Please pray for a cure!!!
