Evelyn Seitz

Evelyn L. Seitz, 90, Eldorado, passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at English Village Manor in Altus. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday, December 4, 2020 at the Eldorado Cemetery under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Evelyn Louise Seitz was born March 13, 1930 in Quitaque, Texas to Hezzie Carl and Eunice (King) Hobbs. She graduated high school and helped out on the family farm along with her eight siblings. Evelyn grew up playing bluegrass on the guitar and singing with her sisters. She married Garland Seitz on March 18, 1969 in Eldorado, Oklahoma. Evelyn enjoyed bluegrass music her entire life and enjoyed her family and friends.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Garland; daughter, Patsy Martin and son-in-law, Donnie Martin.
She is survived by two granddaughters, Kim McDowell and Stefanie Campbell; two great granddaughter, Hayley McDowell and Cayley Campbell; and a sister, Norma Jean Owen.
