Fernando Cisneros Martinez

Fernando Cisneros Martinez, 55, Altus, passed away Tuesday, July 30 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital. Memorial services have been planned for 7:00 PM Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel. Services have been entrusted to the Kincannon Funeral Home. Fernando was born to Felix and Esiquia (Cisneros) Martinez on December 11, 1957 in Altus, Oklahoma. He grew up in Altus and attended Altus schools. He worked as a carpet salesman for many years until his health declined. You could usually see him around town cleaning windows for different businesses or riding his scooter from place to place. His parents and a brother, Carlos Martinez, preceded him in death. Survivors include six sisters, Elizabeth Basaldua and husband, Lasaro, of Olustee, OK, Evangelina Bradley and husband, Brian, of Washington state, Elvira Martinez-Toro and husband, Carlos, of Las Vegas, NV, Emma Brown of Conroe, TX, Elva Babyak and husband, Michael, of Tampa, FL, and Esther Briseno and husband, Antonio, of Sacramento, CA; a brother, Felix Martinez of Altus, OK; and many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
