Frank Samuel Waller, 91, Altus, passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital. Memorial services have been scheduled for 5:00 PM, Sunday, July 27, 2014, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses with Ray Jolin officiating. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Kincannon Funeral Home. Frank was born on October 31, 1922 to Frank Ragland and Vernettie (Sigler) Waller in Nursery, Texas. He attended school in Nursery, Texas. He served in the United States Navy from May 21, 1942 to Oct. 14, 1945. He married Rosemary Price in July 1958, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Frank was an electrician by trade and worked for PPG Industries in Corpus Christi, Texas and the Holly Sugar Corp. in Hereford, Texas. He married Leda Heaton on March 31, 1983 in Hereford, Texas. He retired as an electrician on March 1, 1985. He dedicated his life to Jehovah God and was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on May 19, 1951. His greatest joy in life was sharing his Bible knowledge with others. He also enjoyed electronics and playing the guitar and harmonica. Frank is preceded in death by his wife, Leda Heaton; a sister, Gladys Kesterson, and two brothers, J.E. Waller and Earl Waller. He leaves behind a son, Michael Waller of Altus, OK; a daughter, Naomi Pearson of Dallas, Texas; six grandchildren, Cathleen Malave and husband, Danny, of Oklahoma City, OK, Tatiana Waller of Edmond, OK, Nathan Waller of Altus, OK, Jonathan Waller of Houston, Texas, Steven Watts of Arlington, Texas and Chris Watts of Minnesota; and many friends.
