Gabrielle Yorn Bittinger

Gabrielle Yorn Bittinger, 44, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at her home in Waco, Texas. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, February 20, 2016 in the Prince of Peace Catholic Church with Father Corey Stanley officiating. Burial will follow in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home.

Gabrielle Yorn was born on January 7, 1972 to Douglas M. and Rebecca (Rangel) Yorn in Altus, Oklahoma. She attended and graduated from Altus High School with the class of 1990. Gabrielle and Bret Lane Bittinger were united in marriage on December 31, 2002 in Dayton, Ohio. She was a clerk at the AAFES BX at Altus Air Force Base for many years and later at the Central Distribution in Waco, TX. She was in many things, but her favorites were crafts and interior decorating. The loves of her life were her two granddaughters and she spent as much time as she could with them.

Gabrielle is preceded in death by her husband, Bret; father, Douglas Yorn; and grandparents, Martin and Ramona Rangel and Esther and Harold Prakel. She is survived by her mother, Rebecca Morey and husband, Bruce; daughter, Taylor Murray; two sons, Michael Murray, III, and Douglas Murray; two granddaughters, Savannah Murray (1 yr) and Noelle Murray (2 months); two sisters, Michelle Kuhn and husband, Curtis Kuhn, and Renee Hanks and husband, Israel Hanks, as well as two special friends, Coco and Mia.

A Rosary service will be held at 6:00 PM Friday, February 19, 2016 at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel.
