He was a great man of God! He served our Lord in many capacities – Song Leader and Bible Class Teacher to name a few. After his retirement, be became involved with the Institute of Biblical Studies and participated in two mission trips to India. He loved his wife, Darlene of 63 years and was such a loving caretaker until her death last year. He was a wonderful father and grandfather and was loved by his family and friends, but more importantly, he showed and shared God’s love with many, many others over the years. His and Darlene’s house was considered a “safe haven” by many in the neighborhood in Lawton, where they lived for more than 50 years. He will be missed by many but is now with The Lord. We thank God for the loving man and example that he was to all who knew him.
