Glenda Sue Morgan

Glenda Sue (Allen) Morgan, age 74, of Waldorf, Maryland and formerly of Altus, Oklahoma, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2024, in Altus, Oklahoma. The family will be receiving friends and extended family for a viewing on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, from 2:00 – 8:00 PM at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel. 

Glenda was born to Carmie Lee (Goss) and Glendon Talmadge Allen in Altus on February 4, 1950. She went to Aladin Beauty College earning a cosmetology license. She married the love of her life, Joseph Greg Morgan, July 12, 1986, in Fort Worth, Texas. They spent 38 wonderful years together traveling where military life took them. She spent time volunteering anywhere she could, hiking, crafting, gardening, and decorating for holidays. Her favorite holidays to decorate for were Halloween and Christmas. She loved making all the babies in the family smile, and she loved to make them giggle. She showed her love to her family in the meals that she would prepare for them. She was an excellent cook and she poured her love into every dish she created. Glenda was a bright light in her family and she will be truly missed by all that knew her. 

Glenda is survived by her husband, Joseph Greg Morgan; mother, Carmie Lee Allen; son, Nicholas Morgan; daughters, Heather Gonzalez and Cheri Morgan; and grandchildren, Dakota Gonzalez, Zoe Morgan, Lily Morgan, Finn Morgan, and Kiyo Morgan; sister, Redonna Hendrickson; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father, Glendon Talmadge Allen; and daughter, Nikola Brooke Huddleston.
