Helen Jean Conway

Helen Jean Conway, 61, of Altus, Oklahoma passed away on August 13, 2014 at her home. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Monday, August 18, 2014 at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with Erin Martinez officiating. Burial will follow at Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home. Helen Jean was born on August 27, 1952 to Richard Maginnis and Marjorie Hudson in Redding, California. She attended elementary school in Yreka, California. Her family moved to Dublin, California, where she attended Dublin High School and graduated in 1971. Helen married John Conway, her high school sweetheart, on March 17, 1972 in Dublin, California. She worked for D.L. Hinkle, Mike Trapman and Altus Cleaners for almost twenty years. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Mrs. Conway was preceded in death by her parents and a sister. Helen is survived by her husband, John, of the home; two sons, Albert Tracy Conway of Altus, Oklahoma and Brian Patrick Conway and wife, Janell, of Clinton, Oklahoma; one sister, one brother, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many friends. The family will host a visitation for family and friends from 3:00 – 5:00 Sunday, August 17, 2014 at Kincannon Funeral Home.
