Iris Lynn Biddy

Iris Lynn Biddy, 85, Friendship, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be10:00 AM Friday, November 18, 2022, at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with Bill David Walker officiating. Burial will follow in the Warren Cemetery under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.

Lynn was born on November 29, 1936, in Blair, Oklahoma. She was the first of three daughters born to Vestel Gateley. She graduated from Blair High School in 1955. Lynn married Clarence Dale Biddy on December 12, 1953, in Altus, Oklahoma, and they lived in the Altus, Blair and Warren communities for many years. Lynn stayed at home to raise their three children, Debbie, Lonnie, and Sharon. Lynn went on to work 35 years in long term care, working first as a secretary before serving as the administrator of Grace Living Center for 24 years. She retired in 2000. Lynn and her husband were also active in the greyhound business for many years. After retirement, Lynn enjoyed spending time with family, traveling, and attending to her flowers.

Lynn is survived by her three children, Debbie Wade and husband, Gary of Yukon, Oklahoma, Lonnie Biddy and wife, Liz of Blair, Oklahoma, and Sharon Williams of Friendship, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren, Jenny Smith and husband, David, of Greenville, South Carolina, Sharla Wagner and husband, Richard, of Friendship, Oklahoma, Brandon Wade of Norman, Oklahoma, Crystal Griffin and husband, Bobby, of Norman, Oklahoma, Eric Griffin of Norman, Oklahoma, Allison Streck and husband, Wes, of Bixby, Oklahoma, Sheena Walker and husband, Davin, of Altus, Oklahoma, Theresa Wade of Norfolk, Virginia, and Ryan Rennels and wife, Torrie, of Yukon, Oklahoma; two sisters, Pat Nagel of Granite, Oklahoma and Judy Patten of Mangum, Oklahoma; twelve great-grandchildren, Ben Smith, Charlotte Smith, Cole Wagner, Reed Wagner, Madison Griffin, Gavin Streck, Parker Streck, Elizabeth Streck, Kynlee Walker, Kollins Walker, Luke Rennels, and Tucker Rennels.

Viewing will be on Thursday, November 17th 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
