Irma "Baby" Benavides

Irma Benavides, 58, Altus, passed away on Friday, October 5, 2015 at the English Village Manor. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at the Prairie Hill Cemetery with Rev. Doug Altom officiating. Burial will be under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home.

Irma was born April 23, 1957 to Julio and Jovita (Rosales) Benavides in Corpus Christi, Texas. Irma was of the Christian faith. She loved singing, playing with her toys, and listening to the radio. She loved her food and was always known for her laughter.

Irma is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Lucia Benavides. She leaves behind her siblings, Mary Vidaurri and husband, Jose, Lydia Baes and late husband, Marcial, Joe Benavides, Elizabeth Benavides, Mary Ann Johnston and husband, Doug, Cecilia Trevizo and husband, Hector, and Linda Hollingsworth and husband, Tony. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
