Jamea Dawn Lechuga Jasinski, 48, Altus, passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at her home. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 27, 2016 in the Tabernacle Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Hawn officiating. Burial will follow in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home.
Jamea Dawn Lechuga was born on August 18, 1968 in Barnesville, Ohio to Santiago and Donna (McEndree) Lechuga. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Cameron University. She married Dean L. Jasinski in Altus on April 8, 1995. She worked as the assistant director with her mother at the Kids N Us Child Development Center for over 13 years. Jamea had a strong faith and was a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church. She had an amazing love for children and loved to watch her Dallas Cowboys. She also enjoyed shopping and spending time with her beloved dog, Shiloh.
Her husband, Dean, and mother-in-law, Gaylon Jasinski, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her parents, Santiago and Donna Lechuga; her father-in-law, David Jasinski, Sr.; a brother, Jimmy Lechuga; her sister-in-law, Kim Murphy; extended sisters, Teka Henry and Danelle Guzman; and a host of other family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
