Jaretha C. Magouyrk, 71, Altus, passed from this world to be with her Heavenly Father and Daddy on Father's Day, Sunday, June 21, 2015 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with Doug Altom and Madison Clinton officiating. Burial will follow in the Warren Cemetery under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home. Jaretha Charlene Worbes was born July 3, 1943 to William T. "Dub" and Gladys Roelean (Roach) Worbes in Denison, Grayson County, Texas. She grew up in the Warren , Oklahoma community on the family farm near her grandparents. She graduated from Warren High School in 1961. During her school years, she loved playing basketball and was honored as an All State Guard. Jaretha and Willie Perry were united in marriage in 1962. To this union two daughters were born, Jareta Kay and Jaretta Gay. Jaretha loved history, tracing ancestry, collecting antiques and photography. Her collection included books, pictures, rolling pins, and aprons, just to name a few. Her philosophy on collecting was one treasure was great but fifty (of the same thing) was even better. She loved and lived her collecting. Even more than the love of her collecting was the love of family, particularly her grandchildren, who she followed to every school and sporting event. Her love for following her grandchildren grew to being an avid Altus Bulldog football and wrestling fan, following #71, The number that lives on with her forever. She worked at Peters and Weyer Insurance Agency, later Bartlett Insurance Agency and eventually retired from the Jackson County Health Department. She loved God, life and her family unconditionally. She was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church. Jaretha is preceded in death by her parents and a husband, Lewis Wallace Hall. She leaves behind two daughters, Jareta "Kay" Perryman and husband, Larry, of Mangum, OK and Jaretta Gay Delzer and husband, Scott, of Altus, OK; grandchildren, Brooke Denea Ornelas and husband, Raymond,, of Duke, OK, 2Lt. Jeremy Scott Delzer and fiance, Stephanie Miller, currently stationed at Laughlin AFB, TX, Johnathan Shane Delzer of Altus, OK, Leann Goode and husband, Johnny, of Edmond, OK, and Kelly Schippnick and husband, Jason, of Altus, OK; great grandchildren, Colby, Alyssa, and Connor Ornelas, all of Duke, OK, Taylor and Kaden Gross and Aubrie Goode, all of Edmond, and Caitlyn Wells, Morgan, Carson, Violet and Sammy Schippnick, all of Altus, OK; brother, Fred Worbes and wife, Tonya; nephew, Roe Worbes and wife, Johnna, of Altus and their children; Shelby, Brekyn and Bates; niece, Melisa Parsons and husband, David, of Warren; and their children, Jacob and wife, Caitlyn. The Magouyrk family will greet friends from 6:30 to8:00 PM , Tuesday, June23, 2015 at the Kincannon Gathering Room. Memorials may be made to the Warren Cemetery Association c/o Carolyn Gipson, PO Box 5, Blair, OK 73526.
