John Patrick Morgan, 53, Altus, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at the Plantation Village Nursing Center. Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
John was born on November 21, 1963 in Mangum, Oklahoma to Donald and Mary (Moakley) Morgan. He served in the US Army and worked as a military police officer. He worked at Bar-S for six years and was the City Marshall for Olustee for three years. He spent most of his life working as a carpenter. John enjoyed motorcycle riding and fishing.
His grandparents, Charles and Louise Morgan and John and Mary Moakley, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his parents, Don and Mary Morgan of Altus, OK; and two brothers, James Morgan and wife, Anita, of Millington, TN and Ivan Rawlings of Snyder, OK.
