Judith Karen Lacy

Judith “Judy” Karen Lacy, 65, Altus, died Thursday, June 27, 2013 at her home. Memorial services will be held at a later date in Pecos, Texas. Cremation services are provided by the Kincannon Funeral Home. Judy was born to J.B. and Georgia (Edmiaston) Williams on July 28, 1947 in Altus, Oklahoma. Judy attended and graduated from Altus Schools. Judy and Rufus Robert Spivey were married on April 5, 1961 in Altus, OK. She cooked at English Village Manor and worked at Murphy’s at Walmart. Judy was a member of the Covington Baptist Church. Judy loved her family and her Rotweiler “Lizzie.” She enjoyed playing Bingo and watching movies. She is preceded in death by her father, J.B. Williams, her husband, Rufus, one son, Allen Dale Spivey, a brother, Michael Lee Williams, and her special friend, “Lizzy” the Rotweiler. Judy is survived by her mother and stepfather, Georgia and Walter Camp, of Altus, OK; one son, Robert Spivey and wife, Connie, of Pecos, TX; a sister, Sharon Hollis and husband, Alton, of Oklahoma City, OK; four grandchildren, Christen Spivey, Daniel Spivey, Sarah Spivey, and Toby Spivey; and four great-grandchildren.
