Lamar Walter Massie, 76, Altus, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2020 at his home. Private services have been scheduled under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Lamar Walter Massie was born on March 12, 1943 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Muhammed Abdul-Azeez and Blanch Page. He graduated from high school and attended culinary school. Lamar worked as a chef for the US Navy and the US Air Force. He loved to cook, fish and socialize.
His parents, two brothers and a sister preceded him in death.
Survivors include his son, nine siblings, the Miller family and many friends.
