Larry Michael Weber

Larry Weber, 74, formerly of Olustee, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2016 in Palm Springs, California. Private family services will be held Friday, September 30, 2016 under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home.

Larry Michael Weber was born on June 4, 1942 to James Porter and Lena Mae (Kendricks) Weber in Olustee, Oklahoma. He graduated from Olustee High School with the class of 1960. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1964 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma Law School in 1967. During this time he served in the National Guard. Larry first practiced law as a plaintiff's attorney in Jackson County with Bob Harbison. He later practiced with Keith Myers and Suzanne Mollison. Larry served as a US Administrative Law Judge for 20 years before retiring. He was of the Baptist faith. Larry was a private pilot and loved horseback riding, team penning and trail riding. He enjoyed researching legal issues and investing in the stock market.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Bruce, Kenneth and Eugene Weber and one sister, Wanda Roberts.

He is survived by his wife, Yulonda; daughter, Tammy Hughes and husband, Stuart; and their children, Tabitha Pittman and her husband, Samantha Taubert and her husband, Barratt Hughes and Sydney Hughes; daughter, Lory Foster and her children, Mason Rankin and Marshall Foster; step daughter, Melanie Kidd and her son, Chesley Kidd Thompson and his wife and stepson, Jacob Ray Owens; a son, Dallas Weber; great-grandchildren, Zoey and Ally; a sister, Geraldine Thompson and husband, Joe; a niece, Jackie Kenmore and husband, Terry; and many friends and colleagues.
