Leslie Roy Hill

Leslie Roy Hill, 68, of Martha, OK passed away Friday, January 6, 2012 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital. A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home. Leslie Roy Hill was born October 28, 1943 to Daniel Hyrum and Dorothy (Eller) Hill in Salt Lake City, Utah. He married Mary Anna Manchester on November 30, 1970 in Belton, Texas. He was a truck driver for many years and retired from Lonestar Heavy Haul. He was an excellent mechanic, loved working on cars and being in his shop. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Esther Jane Lewis. Leslie is survived by his wife of the home; three children, Douglas Brian Hill of Tooele, UT, Anna Thurman and husband, Steve, of Springfield, MO, and Daniel Tracy Morris Hill of Martha, OK; one brother, Dan Hill and wife, Joan, of Tooele, UT; one sister Donna Smith of Altus, OK; one granddaughter, Delaney Thurman; and many other family and friends.
