Loum Tom

Loum Tom, 74, Altus, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 in Lawton, Oklahoma. Funeral services have been scheduled for 9:00 AM, Saturday, January 2, 2016 at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel. Cremation will follow services under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home.
Loum was born on February 21, 1941 in Cambodia. Loum and Yee Seng Lim were united in marriage in 1968 in Cambodia. She was a rice cultivator and later became a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two brothers. She leaves behind three daughters, Somalee Lim and husband, Ny Sirk, of Altus, OK, Somalay Lim and husband, Rommel Soriano, of Las Vegas, NV, and Dina Lim of Colorado; three sons, James Lim and wife, Suzie Prop, of Fresno, CA, Sote Lim and wife, Tidanoun, and Sarom Lim, all of Altus, OK; mother-in-law, Ma Hor of California: six grandchildren, Elizabeth Sirk, Cody Sirk, Brandon Lim, Jesse Lim, Cayden Soriano and Maddox Soriano; four brothers-in-law, Seng Leng Lim and Seng Poa Lim of Thailand, Seng Hu Lim of California, and Seng Lee Lim of Canada; and two sisters-in-law, Seng Hor Lim and Seng Hoi Lim, both of California.
Additional parking for the service is available behind the funeral home, Best Western to the South or Western Sizzlin’ to the North.
