Mark Andrew Wood

Mark Andrew Wood, 27, Altus, passed away at his home on Friday, March 31, 2017. Funeral services have been scheduled for 2:00 PM, Friday, April 7, 2017 at the Martha Road Baptist Church with Zane Newton officiating. Cremation will follow services under the care of the Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Mark Andrew Wood was born on February 21, 1990 to Richard Paul and Linda Marie (King) Wood in Minot, North Dakota. He graduated from Altus High School with the Class of 2008. He earned his Associate in Arts Degree from Western Oklahoma State College and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Central Oklahoma. Mark was the Vice President of Marketing and Production for Engraved Valor, a laser engraving company. Mark was a member of the First Baptist Church of Altus and is a disciple of Jesus Christ. Mark’s influence as a servant-leader for Alcoholics Anonymous and Celebrate Recovery had eternal impact. He loved people. He finished his mission. He finished strong.
The Wood family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday, April 6, 2017 at the Kincannon funeral home.
