Mary K. Richardson, 84, Elmer, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, June 11, 2021. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with Chaplain Erin Martinez officiating. Burial will follow services in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Mary K. Kelly was born on April 15, 1937, in Detroit, Texas to Jess and Grace (Gable) Kelly. She attended school in Detroit before her family moved to Wellington, Texas and later to Elmer, Oklahoma. Mary met Leo Richardson and the two were wed on December 8, 1953. She was an active member of the Altus Church of God and loved being around her church family and friends. Mary was an accomplished guitarist and could be heard playing in church or on local radio stations such as KPLT in Paris, Texas or KTJS in Hobart. She also enjoyed going to garage sales and on family vacation trips.
Mary was preceded in death by her loving husband, Leo; parents, Jess and Grace Kelly; and sisters, Dorothy Sue Sirmons and Nina Park.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Darlene Burnham; son, Craig Richardson and wife, Denise; four grandchildren, Kendra Fixico, Crystal Fixico, Amanda Loudermilk and fiancé, Michael Wright, and Dakota Richardson; 17 great grandchildren, Sonny Kelly Heyden, Sara Jean Heyden, Ed Heyden, Deagan Richardson, Kreadyn Leo Dean Richardson, Oaklin Christine Monday, Talon Loudermilk, Jaeme Loudermilk, Kamdyn Wright, Marshall Wright, Marvick Wright, Makiah Wright, Maci Wright, Mahkenna Miller, Logan Dimitri and Bryce Dominick; siblings, Mickey Travis, Doris Kerbo and husband, Harold, Bud Kelly and Arnold Kelly and wife, Shigeme; a sister-in-law, Lois Murley and husband, Jerry; many other family members including Kenneth and Sandra Messick; and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Monday, June 14, 2021 at the funeral home.
