Maxine Wooldridge

Maxine Wooldridge, 85, Sugar Land, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 in Sugar Land, Texas. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at the Gould Cemetery. Interment will be under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home. Maxine Coyle was born on September 7, 1927 in Sidney, Nebraska to Albert and Katherine (Lane) Coyle. She married Bill Wooldridge on April 15, 1946 in Altus, Oklahoma. She enjoyed sewing and gardening. She especially enjoyed cooking her specialties of chicken and dumplings, beef jerky and peanut butter fudge. Her parents, husband, a son, Glenn, two brothers and a sister, preceded her in death. Survivors include four sons, Richard Wooldridge of Yuma, Arizona, Jim Wooldridge of Sugar Land, Texas, Joe Wooldridge and wife, Teresa, of Warrensburg, Missouri, and Billy Wooldridge and wife, Connie, of Cleburne, Texas; a sister, Cheryl Davis; a brother, Jack Coyle of California; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
