Myrtle Lee Butler

Myrtle Lee Butler, 84, Altus, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at the English Village Manor. Private family graveside services were held Friday, May 29, 2015 at the Strickland Cemetery, near Cordell, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to the Kincannon Funeral Home. Myrtle Lee Mister was born to Clifton S. and Hilda (Thomas) Mister on May 4, 1931 in Crisfield, Maryland. Myrtle worked hard as a homemaker all of her life. She is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Mike L. Rowe, Sr.; second husband, Richard Butler; one son, Mike Butler; three brothers, Cliff Mister, Jr., Norman Mister and Frank Mister; and one sister, Norma Lee Maddrix. Myrtle leaves behind two daughters, Margaret Jackson and husband, David, of Abilene, TX and Theresa Abernethy and husband, Gary, of Altus, OK; a sister, Barbara Reese and husband, Richard, of Crisfield, MD; six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
