Stephen Cuellar, 79, Altus, passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements and cremation are under the care of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Stephen Cuellar was born on December 26, 1941 in San Patricio County, Texas to Marcelino Cuellar and Romana Alenis. He worked in the agriculture industry for most of his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings.
Stephen is survived by three sons, Freddy Cuellar and wife, Bertha, Steve Cuellar, Jr. and partner, Josie Ramirez, and Rudy Cuellar and wife, Daphine; a daughter, Isabel Payne; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, other family and a host of friends.
