Tamara “Tammy” K. Harrigan, 52, Burkburnett, Texas, passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at her home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Kincannon Funeral Home with Rev. Madison Clinton officiating. Burial will follow services at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home. Tammy was born August 7, 1960 at Bitburg Air Force Base, Germany to Chuck R. and Helen (Padgett) Paris. She graduated from Navajo High School in 1979. She had also attended Western Oklahoma State College in Altus, Oklahoma. She married Tim Harrigan October 3, 1981 in Altus, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker who enjoyed taking care of her family and her home. She was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church and enjoyed swimming, the outdoors, traveling and horses. Tammy was preceded in death by her mother-in-law and her father-in-law, Rita and Richard Harrigan. She is survived by her husband, Tim, and their son, Trevor Harrigan, both of Burkburnett, TX; parents, Chuck and Helen Paris of Altus, OK; brother, Greg Paris and wife, Nena, of Rowlett, TX; uncle, Melvin Padgett of Blair, OK; nephew, Kip Paris of Rowlett, Texas; and many friends. The Harrigan Family will greet friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday evening at Kincannon Funeral Home.
