Teresa Marie Stephenson, 53, Blair, passed away Monday, September 14, 2015 at Norman Regional Hospital in Norman, Oklahoma. A Celebration of Life will be held 10 a.m. Friday, September 18, 2015 at Kincannon Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at 1 p.m. at the Fort Sill National Cemetery with full military honors. Celebration of Life services, United States Air Force Honor Guard and National Cemetery arrangements are under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home.
Teresa Marie Hicks was born to Charles R. and Carma B. (Sisco) Hicks March 14, 1962 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She attended school in Pryor and Salina, Oklahoma and also had several college credits. She married Randall Stephenson August 28, 1982 in Benton, Louisiana. She enlisted in the United States Air Force March 17, 1981 in England, Louisiana and achieved the rank of Technical Sergeant. TSgt. Stephenson was honorably discharged March 31, 2001 in Altus, Oklahoma. Teresa was a member of the American Legion and was of the Catholic faith. She was an avid New Orleans Saints fan, enjoyed fishing, playing blackjack and other card games and especially enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Teresa was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Joseph Russell Hicks. She is survived by her husband, Randall; three daughters, Carma Squires and husband, David; Christina Stephenson and Ellen Smith; one son, Randall Stephenson and wife, Melanie; eight grandchildren, Devin and Charles Squires, Frankie Jr. and Bradley Heldstab, Haley and Ryan Dickinson, Emily Brasel and Kyleigh Stephenson; one aunt, Connie Walker; one brother, David Hicks and wife, Tammie; two sisters, Tammy Jarvis and husband, Jed; Jessica Watlington and husband, Dean; a brother, Leonard Charrier; one sister-in-law Kelly Hicks; seven nieces and nephews, Bea Ward, Joe Hicks, Dale Hicks, Aly Hicks, Aerycka Hicks, Preston Watlington, and Paisley Watlington; several other relatives and lots of adopted children and grandchildren she called "her own."
