December 31, 1924 — November 21, 2022

Toyo Kakuya Geraldon, 97, of Altus, passed away the morning of November 21, 2022. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel. Inurnment will be held at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery at later date. Cremation services under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation services.

Toyo was born December 31, 1924 in Yokohama, Japan. She graduated high school in Japan. She met her husband, Douglas, during WWII and married him in the late forties. From this union came Shelly Ann Geraldon.

Toyo enjoyed several hobbies. One was cooking, she loved to cook for her family. Her specialty was Japanese cuisine. She also liked playing card games like Rummy and attending Bingo at the VFW Post # 4876. Toyo worked most of her life serving people as a Hostess but also serving her Lord. She enjoyed praying and would pray often.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Geraldon: her parents; two sisters; and two brothers.

She is survived by her daughter, Shelly and husband, Douglas Paul Winters; three grandchildren, Blake and wife, Carla Elaine Winters, Alana Winters and Ashley Winters; four great-grandchildren, Alexis Shelly-Ann Winters, Abigail Winters, Micheal Lewis, Steven Lewis; great-great grandson, Miles Kyler Lewis; and many friends.
