Zenon Garrido

Zenon Garrido Perez, 58, Altus, passed away Monday, April 25, 2022 at the OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, April 30, 2022 in the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with Deacon Eulis Mobley officiating. Burial will follow services at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home and Cremation Service.

Zenon Garrido Perez was born July 10, 1963 in Mexico to Jose Rosario and Maria (Perez) Garrido. He attended school in Mexico and married M. Hortencia Villegas in February of 1991, also in Mexico. To this union one daughter and three sons were born. Zenon moved to the United States in 1978 and began his work for area farmers including Robbie Robbins and Larry Robbins. He was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed working on the farms, going to the casino, playing bingo, watching westerns and spending time with his children.

He was preceded in death by his father, J. Rosario Garrido; and one niece, Betty.

Zenon is survived by his daughter, Fabiola Garrido Villegas; three sons, David Garrido, Zenon Garrido, Jr., and Isaac Garrido; one granddaughter, Amari Itzel; siblings, Abundio and wife, Maximina, Natividad and wife Esther, Manuel, and Gonzalo and wife, Lucia; nieces and nephews, Christina, Roberto, Alejandro, Mario and wife, Melissa, Evelyn, Eric; great nieces and nephews, Gerardo, Elizabeth, Giovanni, Noeh, Joanne, Adriana, Valerie, Arihanna, Mario I, Anna Marie, Adrian, Julius, Alonzo, Alannah, Tatiana, Andriah, Manuel, Uriel, and Gonzalo Jr.; and many other relatives and friends.
